Tip Tuesday
How does your family celebrate birthdays? What do you do when someone in the family has accomplished something? How do you support each other when times are tough?

Ask your children to help you develop some simple family rituals to celebrate important family events and support each other in times of need. Also, consider creating some bonding rituals to do with your children one-on-one. For example, have breakfast together once a month or a movie night once a month, etc. These one-on-one rituals might be different for each child as each child may have different interests.

Remember, family rituals can be part of the glue that holds families together.
