Tip Tuesday
Start the school year off right for your elementary children by setting good sleep routines now.

Getting your elementary children in a sleep routine now will make it easier for them when school starts again. Set a bedtime, and stick to it every night. Children who stay up later on weekends have more trouble setting their internal clock on Mondays. Be sure to build in some quiet time before bed, when your child can read. And don't negotiate. If bedtime is 8:30, don't give in to pleas of "five more minutes."
