Studies show there are many benefits when parents and children eat regular family meals together.

Studies show that when children eat meals with their families regularly, they are much more likely to earn better grades in school. Family dinners also boost language skills and foster a sense of responsibility.

Make mealtime pleasant; discuss problems at another time. And, busy schedules may mean you have to be flexible about mealtimes, but it's worth it.
