Welcome to the Western Dubuque Human Resources Department! 

In an effort to go paperless, we request our applicants to complete online applications. When applying for a specific job posting, you must have an active application and, if applicable, attach all necessary documents. Applicants with complete files will be screened by an administrator according to established criteria. The advantages for applicants using our electronic system include:

 

  • Once you have your application completed, you will be able to select the position/s for which you wish to apply for without having to complete an entire new application each time.

 

  • When applying for a specific posting, with a simple 'click' your information will automatically be forwarded to the person in charge of selecting candidates to be interviewed.

 

  • You have the ability to complete and update any section of your application at your convenience.

 

  • If you have an e-mail account, you will receive e-mail notification of your application status.  Please note: since this system is e-mail driven, if your e-mail address changes, you will need to update it in your application if you want to receive status notifications from us.
