Iowa Testing Services Information

Welcome to the Iowa Testing Services information page for obtaining supporting documents for Iowa Tests of Basic Skills and the Iowa Tests of Educational Development. The Iowa Tests are administered to students once a year to meet our requirements for No Child Left Behind (NCLB) reporting at the State and Federal levels. Iowa Tests are administered during the fall testing window which is in Oct/Nov to students in Grades 3-11. During the 2010-11 school year, it was decided to only administer the tests required for NCLB reporting. Because of this decision, there will not be a composite score for your child. The required tests administered were:

 ITBS Grades 3-8:

Reading: Reading Comprehension Vocabulary

Math: Math Concepts and Estimation Math Problem Solving and Data Interpretation

Science: Science Test

ITED Grades 9-11:

Reading: Reading Comprehension Vocabulary

Math: Mathematics: Concepts and Problem Solving
