District Strategic Plan    Plan on a Page

The Western Dubuque School District has a five-year strategic plan.  This "Plan on a Page" as we like to call it, outlines the following:

• District Vision Statement

• District Mission Statement

• District Core Values

• District Goals

• District Guiding Philosophy

This strategic plan will help all employees to provide continuous improvement in all areas of the district.

By utilizing this "plan on a page" model, we will be able to make our school district better every day for our students.
