Registration for Preschool and Kindergarten Students:

 Please register at your child’s “home residence” school and bring proof of birthdate with you.

Online Registration & Registration Forms

will be available on our district website by January 27.

An online registration form may be completed and submitted electronically or a form may be printed, completed and then mailed directly to your child’s “home residence” school.

If registration is cancelled due to the weather, our make-up registration date is Monday, February 22.

There is an optional parent presentation at 6:30 p.m. for the programs listed below. 

(Teachers will be available in their classrooms.)

Shared Visions (3 & 4-yr Olds)

·   This is a FREE 4-day program (Mon.-Thurs.) located at Epworth Elementary.

·   Enrollment is limited to 16 children and is based on family income (guidelines are set by the State of Iowa).

·   Transportation is provided.

·   Children must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before Sept. 15.

 Preschool (4-yr Olds)

·   We currently offer a FREE 3-day program (Mon.-Wed.).

·   We also offer a 4-day program (Mon.-Thurs.) for a minimal tuition fee for the fourth day.

·   Children must be 4 years of age on or before September 15.

Transitional Kindergarten (5-yr Olds)

·   We offer a transitional 4-day program (Mon.-Thurs.).

·   There is no tuition fee for the transitional 4-day program.

·   Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 15.

 Kindergarten (5-yr Olds)

·   Our Kindergarten program is all day, every day.

·   Children must be 5 years of age, or older, on or before September 15.
