Celebrate My Drive Campaign

We need your help! Please pledge to be a safe driver!

Celebrate My Drive Campaign

Cascade High School (CHS) and Western Dubuque High School (WDHS) are participating in the Celebrate My Drive campaign sponsored by State Farm.  This competition runs from October 15th through October 24th.  You can pledge once a day, every day between October 15th through October 24th and you must be 14 years old or older. Since you can only pledge once each day, you can only pledge for one school.

The top prize is a $100,000 prize and a private concert from The Band Perry.  The next 4 prizes are $100,000 and then there are 45 prizes for $25,000.

CHS is competing in the contest for the first time this year and is currently in 1st place for “Small High Schools”.  WDHS was in the top 5 last year for “Large High Schools” and won $100,000 so they are not eligible to win one of the $100,000 prizes this year.  The best WDHS can do is come in 6th through 50th place and this will earn them $25,000. WDHS is currently in good standing to win one of the $25,000 prizes and therefore is supporting CHS. It was great to see CHS support WDHS last year and it’s great to see WDHS supporting CHS this year!

On behalf of CHS and WDHS, we are encouraging all community members to make a pledge to commit to safe driving by going to the Celebrate My Drive website and entering your commitment.  If Cascade wins, they will put the money to good use by purchasing new lockers, classroom furniture, blinds, and other classroom upgrades.  If WDHS wins, they will use the proceeds to equip a new industrial technology building and support all vocational programs.

The more safe driving commitments we make, the better our chances of winning!

Visit and make your commitment to drive safely!

It's easy and only takes a few minutes.....

Thank you for your support!
