American Education Week: Nov. 16-20 The Western Dubuque administration thanks all Western Dubuque employees, parents, school board members, substitutes, volunteers, community members, and business partners for all they do to ensure our students receive a quality education. Full Article Visit from IA Dept. of Education Director Dr. Ryan Wise, the director of the Iowa Department of Education, visited the Western Dubuque Community School District on November 5. Full Article YCARE Information Dubuque YCARE provides care for school age children who attend Epworth Elementary, Farley Elementary and Peosta Elementary. Full Article
